That means when you refer a participant to us, you're not explaining the NDIS from scratch — we already speak the language.

For Plan Managers

We invoice directly to you, not the participant. Once a participant places an order (or you submit one on their behalf), we raise a formal tax invoice with your details and send it straight to your inbox — no chasing, no back-and-forth. Payment terms can be arranged to suit your usual claim cycle.

For Support Coordinators

Every product listing clearly states whether it's NDIS-claimable and which funding category it typically falls under, so you can confidently guide a participant toward something that fits their plan without needing to double-check with us first. For anything borderline — higher-cost equipment, items that may need an OT assessment, or funding category questions — reach out and we'll talk it through with you directly, participant-first.

We're also happy to liaise directly with a participant's other supports — OTs, physios, or family — when that makes the process easier for everyone involved.
